My Journey

Early life 

I am Swapnil Rajendra Gawali, born on 30th March 1999. I was the firstborn child of my parents, Rajendra  Gawali and Sharda Gawali. Growing up in a traditional Marathi Hindu family.

My father owned a dairy farming business, and from a young age, I assisted him, learning firsthand the importance of perseverance and responsibility. Alongside my daily chores, I remained dedicated to my studies, balancing both aspects of my life with determination.

Academic Journey 

My academic journey began in my hometown at Zilha Parishad School, Gawalwadi. I completed my primary education at Zilha Parishad School, Malwadi. For my secondary education, I attended Navbharat Madhyamik Vidyalaya, Ganesha, where my interest in academics and extracurricular activities started to grow.

After completing my secondary education, I pursued my higher secondary studies at Maharaja Jivajirao Shinde College, Shrigonda. My passion for history led me to Shri Chhatrapati Shivaji Mahavidyalaya, Shrigonda, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. I then completed my Diploma in Pharmacy at Pharate College of Pharmacy, Mandavgan Pharata.

Recognizing the importance of safety in the industrial and construction sectors, I furthered my education by enrolling in the Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety at Soniya Gandhi Polytechnic, Shrigonda, which I successfully completed with first-class distinction.

Awards and Achievements 🏆

Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have actively participated in various competitions, sharpening my communication skills and leadership qualities. Some of my notable achievements include:

➢1st Prize in Inter-High School Elocution Compitition at Navbharat Madhyamik Vidyalaya, Ganesha

➢2 nd Prize in Inter-High School Eassy Writings Competition at Navbharat Madhyamik Vidyalaya, Ganesha 

➢1st Prize in Inter-College Debate Competition at Shri Chhatrapati Shivaji Mahavidyalaya, Shrigonda.

➢1st Prize in Elocution Competition organized by the Marathi Department of Shri Chhatrapati Shivaji Mahavidyalaya, Shrigonda.

➢1st Prize for the act of "Shri Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj #RajePunhaYaa" at Pharate College of Pharmacy, Mandavgan Pharata.

Professional Journey in EHS

My career in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) has been a rewarding and challenging journey.

At Rama Synergy Spaces, I am responsible for developing and implementing safety programs, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. 

Throughout my tenure at Rama Synergy Spaces, I have been proud to contribute to a culture of safety and responsibility. 

My role as an EHS Officer is not just about compliance; it’s about creating a safer, healthier, and more sustainable work environment for all. I am proud to be part of this journey and look forward to achieving even greater heights in safety excellence.

Political and Social Involvement 

Beyond my professional life, I am also deeply involved in political and social activities. I strongly believe in Hindutva & "A Hindu means a person who regards this land of Bharatvarsha, from the Indus to the seas as his Fater-Land as well as his Holy-Land that is the cradle land of his religion."

My passion for leadership and public service drives me to work for the welfare of my community and beyond.

My journey from a small village in Maharashtra to a professional career in EHS and safety management has been shaped by hard work, resilience, and continuous learning. Whether through my contributions to workplace safety, my involvement in public discourse, or my political engagement, I remain committed to making a meaningful impact.

The road ahead is long, and I look forward to embracing every opportunity that comes my way, striving for excellence, and serving society with dedication.
